Hi everyone.
Like many of you, we’ve been closely monitoring the alert level updates. On Monday, we will all know when New Zealand goes into Alert Level 2. In the meantime, Matt has been advised by the physiotherapy professional bodies that our opening day might now be on Wednesday, May 13th.
It’s exciting to know that we are a few days away from opening the clinic and treating patients. The past six weeks have been challenging for businesses around Aotearoa and it’s a good to see how everyone worked together to help our leaders and our frontline workers slow the spread of the virus.
When the lockdown was first announced, Matt was quick to touch base with his contractors and work on installing the wooden floors in the shop. They managed to get that done six weeks ago, before we moved from Level 2 to Level 3.
Last week, when we moved to Level 3, the signage arrived. Our designer Darren did an amazing job creating these signs.
Also last week, Matt and some friends installed all the signage of the shopfront. They also installed the landline and IT systems for the reception area.
Our clinic is ready to open! Here is what the shopfront and carpark looks like now.
